Description:
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Directorate of Marketing, Communications and International (MCI), the Centre for International and Academic Partnerships (CAIP) and Admissions Tutors in a busy, but friendly and supportive environment you will have responsibility for a group of programme areas and be expected to ensure applications are processed in an efficient and transparent manner, with the applicant experience at the heart of the work you do. You will have individual responsibility for a key area of Admissions processes (Partnerships applications) and opportunities to undertake individual projects which contribute towards enhancing the applicant experience.
About you
You should be able to work accurately under pressure, as well as having excellent organisation, communication, and customer care skills. An understanding of the Higher Education sector is essential.
You should have a flexible approach to work, and a willingness to take on a variety of roles, as well as the ability to provide a seamless and positive experience to applicants, providing information and advice about the courses we offer to ensure successful conversion of applicants to the University of Suffolk.
