Through our various programmes - residential courses in Oxford, Princeton, Washington
DC and Singapore; essay and debating competitions; and special events - we inspire
students to aim high and we equip them with the skills they need in order to achieve their
goals.
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Admissions & Marketing Assistant,
who will be assisting and reporting to the Director of Admissions in various tasks related
to the Institute’s admissions process, alumni relations, marketing and event
management.
Key responsibilities
• Tasks related to the admissions process, including communication with prospective
candidates to solicit applications, arranging admissions interviews, communicating
decisions, answering emails and calls, attending to messages via the website chat,
updating the databases of incoming students, making sure that the admissions process
runs smoothly, etc.
• Communications with schools, teachers, parents and alumni.
• Developing engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook,Instagram,
LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Creating multimedia content, including images, videos, infographics, and writtenposts.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align content with overall branding and
messaging.
• Event management.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Outstanding interpersonal, public speaking, and writing skills.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms.
• Some graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with marketing, admissions or CRM software would be an advantage.
• Excellent level of English (native or C1+).
