You'll be part of the magic that brings new attractions to life across the Merlin estate, ensuring seamless alignment with existing attractions. Plus, you'll use your expertise globally, coordinating promotions, managing gift codes, and empowering the team with new insights. With a focus on digital sales and fulfilment, you'll help deliver a world of excitement.

As the gatekeeper of admissions systems, you'll maintain the keys to ensure they're always up to date and in perfect working order. Your guidance won't stop there; you'll be the mentor, sharing your knowledge with fellow explorers across the estate, ensuring they follow the path of best practices. Stay connected with the Superusers, sharing news and updates to keep them informed of new developments.

About You...

• Experience of working with accesso Passport or other ticketing systems is essential
• A good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is essential
• A self-starter with excellent time management skills
• The ability to work under pressure and use initiative
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to see other people's points of view and influencing accordingly
• Experience in training or coaching others in processes and procedures is desirable
• Knowledge of Merlin’s brands, product offering and operating processes is highly desirable
