Administrator & Commissions Officer

 

Description:

As a Administrator & Commissions Officer, you’ll be a key player in keeping everything running smoothly at Yellow Brick Mortgages. You’ll be responsible for processing commission statements, ensuring everything is spot on, and supporting our Administration team in various tasks. No two days will be the same – from working with our amazing brokers to liaising with introducers and managing key tasks that keep the business moving forward.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Process commission statements and create reports.
  • Administer charity and tree planting deductions.
  • Manage introducer remittance and pipeline trackers.
  • Be the go-to for queries and providing support to our consultants and advisors.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials that go out to referrers.
  • Keep internal systems up to date and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Help with exciting extra duties when things get busy – always something new!
  • Work alongside Mortgage Advisors, Estate Agents, and other teams to keep everything moving smoothly.
