Description:

At The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) we are an organisation driven by a passion to make a difference to public services. We independently investigate complaints that have not been resolved by UK Government departments and the NHS in England. A well-handled complaint has the power to reveal the truth, bring closure and even create lasting positive change.

  • be the first point of contact for the PAT Team, providing a professional and customer focused service dealing with both internal and external customers whilst building and maintaining effective relationships
  • provide administrative support on key processes including recruitment, onboarding, the employee lifecycle, learning and development and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
