Managing the full range of tasks associated with administration of this project’s implementation.
Key responsibilities for the smooth scheduling, planning, management and coordination of all programmes and bespoke packages.
Responsive and positive liaison with external commissioned providers and relevant manager stakeholders to ensure programme management runs smoothly.
Proactive management of attendance data, collation of learning evidence and reporting.
Maintenance of all administrative tasks associated, such as learning management systems, sharepoint participator and team only collaboration sites.
Supporting end to end project management tracking and updates.
Support with project governance meeting organisation, minute taking and report writing.
About you
Knowledge of general office procedures
IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and other MS applications
Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary
Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing and solid numeric skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Able to take responsibility for your own personal development, identifying personal training needs and participating in regular supervision and appraisal
Be flexible to work across operational sites as required
