Are you organised, proactive and have everything from your menu plan to chores set out on a spreadsheet?! Do you have fabulous communication skills and a keen eye for detail? Sounds like our exciting new Administrator opportunity will suit you! Joining our brilliant team in Durham where you’ll support the Business Assurance Team (Care) to ensure the smooth running of their service to our customers.

Typical day as an Administrator
 

  • You’ll provide admin support to the business, working as part of the team as well as working on your own initiative.
  • You’ll prioritise workloads, work to deadlines and use your great Microsoft skills to effectively carry out a variety of admin tasks such as book meetings, manage calendars, arrange travel, resolve invoices and much more!
  • You’ll work with our internal stakeholders to improve their service delivery by supporting them to raise income, generate invoices and order items for the services.
  • You’ll work alongside your colleagues to help ensure their services are compliant and information is stored inline with GDPR and Data Protection.
  • You’ll liaise with internal and external stakeholders to help with recruitment and support candidate interviews, providing a positive experience.
  • You’ll use your own initiative to respond to and action any relevant enquiries that come to the team in a speedy and efficient manner.
  • Overall, your time will be spent liaising with colleagues within our services nationally to provide administrative support with an aim to helping them spend more time with the customers and less time doing tasks more efficiently done elsewhere.

You have
 

  • Experience with Microsoft, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Powerpoint.
  • An eye for detail, and can deal with sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Brilliant verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative.
