Administrative Assistant

 

Description:

You will undertake office organisational duties such as filing, answering the phone, typing up minutes of meetings, manage incoming emails, manage stock levels/inventory, and organise any training needs.

You will also be required to assist in the writing up of basic reports, creation of quotations, processing quotes which have been accepted, and then managing the diary of the survey appointments.

You will also be expected to assist with HR responsibilities such as onboarding/recruiting and taking minutes of meetings. Additional responsibilities may be identified as the company grows.

 

What skills you will have:

High level of organisation;

Good attention to detail;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Be competent with computers and common software packages such as Gmail, and the Microsoft Office suite of applications including Teams.
