The University of Warwick’s WMG Department is hiring an Administrative and Project Co-ordinator to support the £20m Catapult project focused on transforming manufacturing in the UK. The role involves assisting three directors with key administrative tasks, including diary management, event coordination, and meeting facilitation. This position offers a great opportunity for someone with experience in a multi-faceted support role and the chance to work within a small but friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to three directors involved in the Catapult project.
  • Manage diaries, arrange events, and organize meetings.
  • Assist with the coordination of corporate events and communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks and support team-wide activities.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to managing project-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a support role, particularly for senior staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with corporate events and effective communication at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
