Description:

The Administrative and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of studio activities while driving marketing initiatives that promote the studio and engage our community. This role involves managing studio schedules, handling customer inquiries, overseeing social media channels, and supporting the growth of Blanc Ceramic.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Administrative Duties:

• Manage class schedules, bookings, and memberships.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and communications.

• Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth class operations.

• Maintain accurate records of studio inventory and supplies.

• Oversee studio cleanliness and organization.

• Marketing and Social Media:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence.

• Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, for social media platforms.

• Manage the studio’s online community, responding to comments and messages.

• Assist in planning and promoting workshops, events, and collaborations.

• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance.

• Customer Relations:

• Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.

• Process bookings, payments, and follow-ups.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Strong background in administration, marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in social media management and content creation.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Passion for creativity, art, and community engagement.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work flexibly, adapting to the needs of the studio.

• Previous experience in a creative or retail environment is a plus.
