Key Responsibilities:

Provide essential administrative support to the lettings team.
Manage phone calls and direct inquiries efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with general office tasks and day-to-day operations.
Ensure high levels of customer service when dealing with landlords and tenants.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and manage workloads efficiently.

✔ Experience in the estate and lettings industry is a plus but not required.
