ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (6 POSTS) FIXED TERM FOR 6 – 17 WEEKS

BEGINNING AUGUST 2024

Glasgow Clyde College is looking for 6 motivated Administrators to join in August for a fixed term over the College’s busy enrolment period.

The College is seeking to appoint MIS Enrolment Assistants and Student Funding Assistants. These roles involve working as a team to provide great customer service, processing payments and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure the smooth running of the enrolment process. Training will be provided.

Our ideal candidates will have excellent customer service, administration and communication skills. Candidates will require previous data entry and customer service experience.
