Based in our office in Hadleigh, Claims Settlement Agencies Limited are looking for an Administration Agent to join our fast growing team
Responsibilities
- Regularly check the email system and fax machine for claim form requests.
- Log these details on the computer system ensure the details are accurate and that the correct scheme is set up
- Print off the file front and the claim form in a timely fashion.
- Make up the claim file with the file front and either file it in the filing system or pass to the necessary individual
- Put the claim form into an envelope and frank the envelope with the required postage
- Open incoming correspondence.
- Log incoming correspondence onto the computer system.
- Locate the relevant file for the correspondence and then give the file to the relevant claims handler in a timely fashion.
- Locate any file requested by another department including locating files for telephone file notes.
- Log onto other companies computer system to update their database with claims information if required.
- Ensure that the missing list is kept to a reasonable level and that the list is checked regularly for any important correspondence and such correspondence is fast tracked.
- Manage the filing facilities, including archive storage.
- If the computer system flags a possible match on the watch list database, this is thoroughly checked to establish if a definite match and if so the relevant claims handler advised.
- Maintain good working relationships with key personnel.
- Act at all times in a professional manner so as to always promote CSA Ltd and their Insurers/agents.
- Ensure stationary levels are maintained to a sufficient level.
- Ad-hoc tasks required within the administration department.

- Have a pro-active attitude to ensuring provision of excellent service levels.
