Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a top-tier team focused on deeply understanding our customers and facilitating the achievement of their growth plans.
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans for each customer, ensuring alignment with their expectations and our business plan requirements.
- Identify product and technology gaps by combining knowledge of customer business models and growth aspirations to drive future roadmap development.
- Lead the Governance framework and service reviews, providing insightful analysis to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with our customer success team to ensure a seamless and joined-up experience for our clients.
- Work closely with customers and our launch team to support the migration of existing businesses and establish new areas of growth through innovative products and services.
Qualifications for Success:
- Deep knowledge of the advice and/or fintech market.
- Curiosity about how technology can transform the investing experience.
- Proven experience in team leadership, with a passion for tackling challenges head-on.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate complex queries.
- Expertise in contract negotiations and commercial modelling.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments, including governance frameworks and recent legislation.
- Experience in process automation using low/no code tools.
- Knowledge and understanding of APIs.
