We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Brierley Hill Office, helping clients with tailored insurance services. You will work on managing a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth through retention and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses, focusing on client retention through excellent customer service.
- Upsell or cross-sell insurance products based on individual client needs.
- Assist clients with mid-term adjustments and renewals, ensuring their needs are met.
- Handle calls from clients to gather information, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Provide a positive customer experience, leaving clients satisfied and confident in Gallagher's products and services.
- Utilize systems effectively while managing multiple tasks in a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as an Account Handler in the Insurance Sector.
- Qualifications: Ideally Cert CII qualified, with a background in working to targets and achieving SLAs in a regulated environment.
- Ability to explain complex insurance terms in simple language to clients.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and assessing documentation.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Proficient in computer systems and technology.
- GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
