Account Manager

 

Description:

We are hiring for an Account Manager to join our UK Client Services team. This role is tasked with delivering best in class client service; executing end to end influencer marketing campaigns across a variety of brands, media agencies and platforms, with a specific focus on delivering branded content campaigns in partnership with our Platform Partners, TikTok, Meta and Snap! You will report directly to an Account Director, assisting client growth and retention under the Business Director.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead day-to-day management of creator and branded content campaigns, with a focus on key social platforms including TikTok, Instagram & Snap.
  • Lead day-to-day campaign tasks, including but not limited to: Creator sourcing, negotiation and contracting, briefing, content vetting, go-live and reporting.
  • Help to oversee campaign execution at a client level, with support from the Account Director.
  • Support Account Director in client level communications, helping to build and foster strong client relationships, manage expectations and share updates and actions.
  • Be the driving force on campaign timings, creating timelines and ensuring that the client, creators and wider team are aware of key milestones and delivery dates.
  • Oversee and manage your respective campaigns via our platform, Waves, and other platforms such as TTCX and TTCM, ensuring the wider team have accurately uploaded briefs, content and organised creator payments.
  • Expert knowledge of the creator community: responsible for building and nurturing relationships with creators, and managing comms with creators and talent management agencies.
  • Assist the Account Director on thought provoking creative strategy and campaign execution tactics.
  • Lead on creating Post Campaign Analysis reports, demonstrating an ability to convert data and campaign insights into key learnings & able to confidently present to clients.

Requirements:

 

  • Several years working in an agency or brand within client services, influencer marketing, branded content, advertising, social, media and/or creative
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Experience in account management and creator management
  • Experience in delivering post-campaign analysis
  • Experience in reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands with an understanding of usage and payment terms
  • High energy and ability to multitask, with a real ability to quickly prioritise across several projects
  • A proven team player, with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others
  • Able to build strong rapport and relationships both internally and externally
