Account Manager

 

Description:

The Account Manager is the ‘go to’ person for all departments both internally and externally. A natural at developing meaningful relationships with all levels, and a create spark in keeping those around them motivated with infectious enthusiasm.

 

You should have worked in a similar role for a couple of years but with a lot more to learn. Experience handling clients and driving accounts forward and reporting into Senior Management.

 

Experience in beauty is a MUST, ideally paired with digital exposure in social projects would be fab!

 

 

MUST HAVES:

• Proven track record with maintaining and managing project budgets and financials from end to end

• History working with Digital and socially led projects

• Build and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Work with project management teams to develop timelines, ensuring all internal timings fit with client timings.

• History of managing a team, acting as the point of escalation for daily issues and the daily client contact

• Concreate planning and scheduling of resources to ensure the smooth running of accounts and projects
