Account Manager

 

Description:

They are seeking ambitious, driven and motivated Sales Executives who will account manage a portfolio of customers, using a consultative approach to making outbound calls and sending emails and follow-ups to prospective clients.

You may have previous telemarketing/sales experience, however they are also keen to speak with people without prior experience who have a strong ability to engage with customers and enjoy talking to people and building relationships. Internal training is provided and they believe that experience while beneficial, is not always necessary, and it is more about the right attitude and being able to engage well with customers and colleagues alike. Main Duties
 

  • Meeting set KPI and result focused targets by outbound ‘sales’ calling & occasionally emailing companies offering products and services that they may require
  • Maintain relationships by dealing directly with clients daily
  • Account management, including but not limited to, processing results, booking in meetings, arranging site visits, calendar management
     

The Ideal Candidate
 

  • Will be a confident and well organised individual with a can-do attitude
  • Have experience using computers, including Microsoft Excel
  • Will have telesales experience or equivalent customer service experience in a customer oriented industry of any type
  • Strong ability to overcome objections
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
  • Ability to manage your own workload
