B2 is a a Shopify Plus Agency, part of the Casus Group alongside AYKO, which creates creates and markets high-quality commerce websites for well-known brands and is growing at a great pace thanks to it’s great reputation! B2 is looking to grow their team and are looking for an organised, self-motivated and ambitious Account Manager to help them grow. The Account Manager role will be responsible for managing client accounts, and ensure they are receiving a first class service.
Key responsibilities
- Building roadmaps of incremental UI, UX, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and partnership opportunities for client websites
- Maintaining velocity across multiple accounts with competing workloads and in a variety of different industries
- Ensure that retained hours are fulfilled on a monthly basis
- Reporting to internal stakeholders on pipelines, account health, resource requirements and availability
- Managing multidisciplinary project teams including designers, developers, marketing specialists
- Be the client champion in B2 & manage client BAU (Business As Usual) and proactive roadmap tasks
- Manage relationships with clients & help them get the most out of their digital assets
- Build rapport and credibility with key people
- Resolve issues and remove barriers to success
- Follow & add to the B2 project delivery process to ensure standards are kept consistent across all projects
- Ensure all deadlines are met in accordance with the planning process and the client brief
- Work across a range of internal departments to assist in proactively identifying opportunities to cross sell services and grow client spend
Our ideal candidate will have…
- Good knowledge of the Shopify platform
- Good knowledge of best-in-class apps, partnership opportunities and services in the Shopify ecosystem, including the pros and cons of competing products
- Minimum of 2 years agency experience (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills
- Take an active interest in eCommerce, the platform & ecosystem.

- Confidence in managing customer expectations

- Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
