Account Manager

Description:

We are looking for a skilled candidate with strong sales experience to nurture and sell to both existing and new trade client accounts in the business specifically to clients within the residential & commercial interior design, architecture and construction industry. If successful you will be responsible for nurturing long term key trade accounts and be the primary point of contact for all trade client matters.

The ideal candidate will be apt in building long-term relationships with our trade clients, as well as show strong business acumen in order to be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solution and optimise the sales potential of every account.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Build Strong Client Relationships:Develop solid and trusting relationships with key trade clients through regular interactions, such as follow-up calls, showroom visits, networking events, and exhibitions.

Utilize effective communication to understand and address client requirements.

Design Consultation and Assistance:Assist clients with design concepts, ranging from mood boards to space planning, and provide full design proposals with 3D visuals using our internal software.

Incorporate clients' specific requirements and needs into the design process.

Client Meetings:Conduct meetings with clients at our central trade office, the clients' office, or at any of our 11 locations across London and Greater London.

Collaboration and Strategic Planning:Work closely with the Head of Business Development to nurture both existing and new trade accounts, ensuring alignment with specific KPIs and sales targets.

Engage in strategic planning to enhance client results.

Cross-Department Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to clients.

Progress Reporting:Plan and present weekly reports on account progress to management.
