Description:
This role involves approximately 75% account-handling duties and 25% outbound sales-related tasks. While the primary focus is on managing and nurturing existing client relationships, the candidate's experience and approach to sales will influence the role's progression and impact.
We're looking for someone who:
- Boasts a strong track record in sales, demonstrating exceptional client management skills.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role.
- You've worked in account management before, or you know the live events industry (a plus, but not required).
- Can contribute to key areas of direction and develop their skillset across administrative and creative areas.
- While a background in print, branding and design is a plus, it's not mandatory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, delivering, and reporting on targeted sales projects to grow client accounts and achieve revenue goals. This includes identifying new sales opportunities, developing and executing sales proposals, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Maintaining and growing client relationships beyond the initial purchase, identifying further business opportunities
- Supporting client accounts with a variety of tasks across the Sunbaba portfolio (quotations, POs, invoicing)
- Prioritising and managing workload to ensure exceptional support for all accounts
- Taking ownership of essential administrative tasks and delivering them to a high standard
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
