Description:

Flywheel Digital, a global leader in digital commerce solutions, is looking for a dynamic and driven Account Executive, Client Growth to support and expand a portfolio of clients within the EMEA market. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing sales team and directly impact client success and revenue growth across Flywheel's innovative suite of solutions.

You will serve as a key liaison between the company and its enterprise clients, cultivating strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with strategic goals. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in fast-paced environments and thrive in both collaborative and independent settings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow enterprise-level client relationships in the EMEA region

  • Drive new business opportunities and increase market share across Flywheel’s offerings

  • Support senior sales leadership through structured, goal-oriented sales processes

  • Collaborate with Client Services and Marketing to develop campaigns, case studies, and tailored collateral

  • Represent Flywheel at key industry events and networking functions

  • Customize and deliver impactful presentations focused on client KPIs and business outcomes

  • Keep detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and pipeline updates in Salesforce

  • Stay current on digital commerce trends and Flywheel's evolving product portfolio


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in digital commerce or SaaS

  • Proven ability to prospect and open doors within enterprise organizations

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Confident in presenting complex solutions to diverse stakeholders

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is an advantage
