Description:
Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data security and management, is looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive business forward by implementing sales strategies and exceeding revenue targets. In this role, you will develop and handle a sales pipeline, generate revenue through strategic sales, and collaborate with channel partners. You will be responsible for penetrating accounts, managing the sales process, and closing deals by presenting Cohesity’s solutions to customers.
Manage a sales pipeline to drive strategic transactions.
Generate revenue by selling the Cohesity solution and collaborating with Channel Partners.
Build and penetrate accounts, engaging decision-makers to close business.
Develop and implement sales plans for assigned territories to meet and exceed quotas.
Present proposals showcasing the value of Cohesity's hyper-converged infrastructure solutions.
Drive account strategies and coordinate team efforts with partners to close business.
7+ years of success in a customer-facing sales role, proposing enterprise solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience working with customers and technology partners.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com CRM, Microsoft Office (mainly Excel), and other CRM tools.
Comfortable working with multiple decision-makers and negotiating contracts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, able to work remotely and autonomously.
Ability to travel as needed for the role.
