Account Executive

Ready to tackle operational challenges head-on? As our Account Executive, you’ll be working for Powerforce within our OnDemand team. You will be the go-to problem solver, ensuring smooth operations in the field. Whether it's equipping our field team with the tools they need or coordinating logistics, you'll be at the heart of it all.

You'll be responsible for:
 

  • Responding to operational issues in the field via phone and email
  • Ensuring the field team have the necessary equipment and information to complete the job
  • Liaising with the warehouse/courier and field colleagues regarding delivery of POS (Point of Sale materials)
  • Liaising with our OnDemand Area Managers to ensure delivery of projects
  • Completing one activity in store on a quarterly basis
  • Standard operational administration activities such as...
    • Field brief and survey (questionnaire) writing
    • Set up field team surveys on reporting system
    • Collate briefs and project materials to distribute to field team via mailouts
    • Support the OnDemand Account Managers with results production in PowerPoint
    • Database cleansing and management
    • System administration such as paperwork checks
    • Photo checks and data validation
    • Following the recruitment process to onboard new people
    • Checking and approving expenses of the field team
    • Raising and approving POs

You will have:
 

  • Confidence with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic IT skills in Word and Outlook
  • A great “can do” attitude, and prepared to go that “extra mile”
  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and in a very fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mentality and ownership of role
