Catering to the specific needs of local passengers, they facilitate over 1.5 million journeys per month, ensuring the smooth and secure movement of towns and cities.
What will you do as an Account Executive?
Manage customer accounts on a daily basis, including service delivery, account profitability, and contract management.
Assist account customers with inquiries and resolving complaints.
Drive account retention and identify new revenue streams with existing customers.
Ensure accurate invoicing and efficient query management.
Contribute to the formulation of an account retention/re-tendering process, including pricing aspects to maintain profitability within regional limits of authority.
Assist in establishing new corporate account relationships and processing credit scores in collaboration with the onboarding strategy.
Proactively suggest changes to service delivery to enhance the customer experience, supporting the Regional Commercial & Business
Development Manager in implementing agreed changes.
Process and manage all inquiries and bookings from account customers promptly, maintaining an excellent level of customer service.
Allocate and prioritize VIP bookings as needed, communicating any special requirements.
