Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead the execution of live event projects, ensuring seamless delivery through the team.
• Oversee a range of projects, including internal communication kick-offs, employee engagement events, and incentives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver integrated campaigns.
• Ensure all projects meet client expectations and align with the agency's creative vision.
