We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced OOH Account Director to join us in London to help deliver premium outdoor media to the world’s leading brands.
Q10 Media is a premium outdoor advertising company, focused on developing bespoke premium media opportunities across London, connecting the most sought-after audiences to the world’s leading brands.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the Account Managers, ensuring they are delivering on their key accounts.
- Pitch to media agencies, clients and specialists.
- The implementation and successful execution of large format outdoor media sales to specialist buying agencies and clients.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets.
- Manage, lead and execute a Regional, National and International sales portfolio.
- To source, retain and develop strong functioning and highly productive brand relationships to increase sales and deliver the business plan.
- Understand the evolving OOH market and accordingly develop and implement channel sales strategies meeting client demands.
- Collaborate with the internal development team to develop solutions to help drive a successful portfolio.
- Work to implement key marketing strategies to exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven track record as an Account Director within OOH, with demonstrable experience leading successful sales.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong presentation, oral and writing ability.
- Strong relationships with brands, specialists and agencies.
- Proven ability to run national sales and exceed expectations, with the ability to find creative solutions and deliver results.
- Must have dealt with the sales of premium large format OOH media across London.
- At least 5 years’ experience working in sales for the out-of-home sector.
- Ability to prepare reports and present using an appropriate mode of communication.
- Must be proficient at building reports and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
