Description:
We are looking for a proactive hunter that will map out the key decision makers in each account to forge meaningful relationships with them whilst working with our delivery team to ensure operational excellence for our customers. They will also have the confidence to take calculated risks to optimise the commercial return.
The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Researching, developing, and capitalising on client relationships.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and a client’s first point of contact.
- Proactive in developing relationships with account influencers and decision makers.
- Understanding client communication objectives, their audiences, constraints, and budgets
- Owning client account plans.
- Agreeing and delivering annual revenue and gross margin targets.
- Manage day to day relationships with clients, creating trust and loyalty.
- Ability to negotiate with third party suppliers thinking cost and quality.
- Ability to read the market and anticipate change.
- Use our reporting systems to provide accurate sales forecasting and business insights.
- Understand Live Group’s marketing mix and contribute to its direction.
- Act as a coach to develop internal talent.
- Adhere to all internal people policies and processes.
