Description:

This is a part-time on-site role for an Academy Coach at Macclesfield Football Club. The Academy Coach will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing player skills, organising matches, and promoting teamwork among players.

Qualifications

• Coaching certification and experience in football coaching
• Knowledge of player development principles and training techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with players, staff, and parents
• Prior experience working with youth or academy teams
• Passion for football and mentoring young players
• First Aid certification
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
